Better Living Through Chemistry  Mixed Media on Canvas,  64 x 64 inches

"This new group of paintings is a departure from previous paintings I have worked on in the past. The subject matter is abstraction and in black and white. The media is colored crystalline sand and sparkle- (similar to glitter but of an industrial quality) with acrylic on canvas. The paintings appear black and white but at close examination you find the surfaces have a coarse beautiful texture that shimmers like diamond dust and is peppered with highly relective holographic flecks that shift into a rainbow of colors as you look around the painting.
